Not a coach. Not an agency. An operator.
I spent years as an executive at a large SaaS company. I learned how enterprise software actually gets built, sold, and scaled — and I watched AI go from a novelty to something that quietly reshapes what a small team can do.
So I left. I wanted to own the outcome, not just the roadmap. I bought an exterior cleaning company — a real business, real trucks, real customers, real phones that ring at 7am on a Saturday.
Then I did what most owners can't: I rebuilt the back office on AI. Missed-call text-back, AI chat, AI-assisted quoting, an AI outreach engine for new customers, automated review sequences, dashboards that tell me what's actually happening. The same system this site sells is the same system that runs my business every day.
I have a family. I have limited hours. That's exactly why I figured out how to make AI do the repetitive work — so the business grows while I'm at a soccer game, not glued to my phone. If you're an owner-operator with the same math, we speak the same language.
I'm going to spend 75% of my time running my own company. The other 25% I'm giving to a small number of clients who want to install the same playbook. That's it. When those slots are full, they're full.
I'm not a coach. I'm not an agency. I'm a guy who built it, runs it, and will build it for you.
A short list.
- →We won't sell coaching, courses, or a Slack community.
- →We won't take on more clients than I can personally run point on.
- →We won't sell you a package before we've seen your actual lead flow.
- →We won't lock you into a year-long contract.
- →We won't let the AI quote prices or make promises we haven't approved with you.
- →We won't replace your office manager. We'll make their day 4 hours shorter.
