2. What personal data we collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, business name, billing address, and job title.
• Account and usage data: login credentials, service preferences, feature usage, and interaction history.
• Business data you provide: customer lists, service descriptions, pricing, hours, website URLs, photos, and other content you upload so we can configure your AI systems.
• Communication data: support messages, call recordings or transcripts you choose to share, and email correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, cookies, and analytics identifiers.
• Payment data: transaction history and Stripe customer ID. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles card data.

3. How we use your personal data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and support the AI services you purchase.
• To create and manage your account and workspace.
• To process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and purchase credits.
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (for example, for certain cookies or marketing communications).

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the categories of recipients necessary to run the service:

• Payment and billing providers: Stripe, Inc. processes payments, subscriptions, tax calculation and collection, and invoicing on our behalf.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: the cloud platforms that host our application and database.
• AI and communication services: providers that power AI responses, SMS delivery, email delivery, voice calls, and analytics.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and compliance professionals when necessary.
• Authorities: law enforcement, regulators, or courts when required by applicable law.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States. Some of our service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions approved by the relevant authorities.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

12. Account connections & social publishing

Clockwork Jobs also provides AI-assisted social media content creation and publishing for client businesses. This section explains what data we collect and how we use it when a Client connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account.

What we collect

• Account connection data: when a Client connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we receive and store an access token and the associated Page/account ID, so we can publish content on that account's behalf.
• Content data: business information (services offered, brand voice, service area, target audience) that a Client provides to configure their content, plus the drafts, captions, and images we generate.
• Basic contact information: name and email for the person managing a Client's account with us.

How we use it

• To generate and publish social media posts on the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts a Client has explicitly connected.
• To improve the relevance of generated content to a Client's brand and services.
• We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-party processing

We use third-party AI providers (Anthropic for text generation, OpenAI for image generation) to produce draft content. Business information and draft captions may be sent to these providers solely to generate that content; they do not use it to train models on our behalf beyond standard API usage terms.

Data retention

We retain connection tokens and content data for as long as a Client's account remains active. A Client may request deletion at any time (see below).

Data deletion

A Client can request deletion of their data, including disconnecting any linked Facebook/Instagram account and removing all associated content, at any time by emailing info@clockworkjobs.ai. We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your Facebook/Instagram data specifically

Access tokens are used only to publish content you've explicitly approved through our review process — never to post automatically without a human approving it first at this stage, and never to read, message, or act on your account beyond publishing approved posts. You can revoke our access at any time through your own Facebook/Instagram account settings (Business Integrations), which immediately stops our ability to post.
