Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments are final
All purchases and payments for Clockwork services are final. This applies to setup fees, subscription charges, audits, build reservations, reports, and other one-time deliverables.
Fit and feasibility
We review fit and feasibility before accepting or beginning work. If Clockwork determines that it cannot deliver the purchased service for technical or feasibility reasons, Clockwork may cancel the affected order and return that payment to the original payment method.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that period. Cancellation does not reverse or reimburse charges already paid.
Automation Audit credit
The $500 Automation Audit & Build Reservation is credited toward the setup cost if you proceed with a Clockwork build. This purchase credit is not cash and does not create a right to reimbursement.
